This Wednesday, at 6 p.m., at 1 North Front Street, the findings of the feasibility study done by Saratoga Associates on the former Dunn warehouse building at Broad and Water streets will be presented to the public. The study was completed more than a month ago, and this is the first time the public will have an opportunity to "see the concept plan, hear the analysis, and give your thoughts."
The Dunn building is one of the few surviving industrial buildings on our waterfront, and its adaptive reuse will have an enormous impact on the character of everything around it and on the success of waterfront development in the city's economic future.
