Winter Storm Stella is on the way, and Mayor Tiffany Martin Hamilton has declared another snow emergency.

The snow emergency begins at midnight tonight. From 12 midnight until 8 p.m. tomorrow, cars should be parked on the even side of the street. From 8 p.m. tomorrow until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, cars should be parked on the odd side of the street. After that, follow the signage.
