At around 8:41 p.m. a shooting occurred on North 5th Street. A 31-year-old man is in Columbia Memorial undergoing emergency surgery. Numerous police agencies are in the city now, working in concert to advance our investigation. Preliminary indications are that this is, once again, a situation where the victim was targeted and not a random incident. Another Shooting in Hudson
For the past couple of hours there have been reports on Facebook about another shooting in Hudson, this time, it was said, the shooting took place "in the area of Third and Columbia streets." A few minutes ago, Chief Ed Moore posted this statement on Facebook:
