Although the public hearing on the work done by Colarusso at the dock remains open, and there was another public hearing on the agenda for the amended application by Galvan Civic I to convert the basement of the Galvan Armory into professional office space and a day care facility, the Planning Board meeting scheduled for tonight was been canceled for lack of a quorum.
