COVID-19 Update

The Columbia County Department of Health has released its numbers for today. Since yesterday, there has been one new case of COVID-19. The CCDOH is reporting one fewer person recovering today than yesterday, but it appears they are simply correcting an error in reporting that statistic yesterday. The number of active cases remains the same at nine. There are two fewer county residents in mandatory quarantine today than yesterday and four fewer in precautionary quarantine. The number of people hospitalized with the virus remains the same, and, for the sixty-sixth day, there have been no new deaths.
