Historic House Watch

In February, Gossips reported that the Joab Center House, familiarly known as the Turtle House, located in Greenport at the end of Fabiano Boulevard and visible from Fairview Avenue, was for sale. The asking price was $450,000.

Today, Zillow indicates there is a pending offer on the house. The price now given is $349,000.
