An Unhappy Anniversary

One year ago today, the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Columbia County. The news of the first case came at about 11:00 a.m. By late afternoon that day, there were three cases. Since then, as of yesterday, there have been 3,725 cases of COVID-19 in Columbia County, and 89 deaths have been attributed to it.

On a more hopeful note, the vernal equinox occurred this morning at 5:37 a.m. Today is the first day of spring!
