Two houses on lower Union Street have had 20th-century "enhancements" removed to reveal how they were meant to look. In the 100 block, the yellow and green paint has been stripped from 123 Union Street to reveal red brick, a stone foundation, and elegant marble lintels. This house is owned by Galvan Partners.
In the 200 block, the blue aluminum siding was recently removed from 231 Union Street to expose the original clapboard. This house, which is located on a block where Galvan Partners owns a quarter of the properties on the south side of the street and one house on the north side of the street, was sold in July. Eric Galloway, however, is not the current owner.
Stunning improvements on both properties !
