Tomorrow is Groundhog Day.
In 35 days, Daylight Saving Time returns.
The first day of Spring is just 47 days away.



Meanwhile, Winter Storm Linus is on the way.

    This spring will mark the third Striper/Duck season frustrated by city land lovers. At some point, city attorneys will be forced to realize the (simple) meaning of "unfettered access for fishing" from shore to open water, especially along a federal/public watercourse.
