The Word on Winter

The civic leaders of the little Pennsylvania borough must have had to dig the groundhog out of his burrow, but amazingly, it is being reported that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning, and that of course means winter will hang on for another six weeks. Six weeks brings us to March 16, four days before the vernal equinox.
