One building was mistakenly omitted from the lists of buildings with six or more units Gossips published on March 13 and March 17. It is this one: 830 Columbia Street.

There are seven units in this building, which brings the total number of buildings in Hudson that would be the subject of a vacancy study to twenty-one, and the total number of units potentially subject to rent regulation to 161.
