The New Normal for New Yorkers
In his address this morning, Governor Andrew Cuomo outlined these rules: "Matilda's Law" for vulnerable populations--senior citizens, people with compromised immune systems, and people with underlying health issues--and PAUSE Provisions for everyone else.
