Gossips has learned that the Historic Preservation Commission meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled. Regarding the decision to cancel the meeting, HPC chair Phil Forman told Gossips, "There was a big agenda so I didn't relish this but ended up deciding that the risks were too great." One of the things on that agenda was the consideration of landmark status for 241 Columbia Street, the building that started its life as the place of worship for Shiloh Baptist Church.
