Valentine's Day in the Time of COVID

If you can't have an elegant dinner out this year to celebrate Valentine's Day, you can have an elegant dinner in and support a worthy cause in the process.

Since April, the Columbia County Recovery Kitchen, with its chefs Jamie Parry and John Carr, from Swoon and Le Perche, have provided more than 25,000 healthy and delicious daily meals for households in need throughout the county. Now, when the pandemic is worse than ever in Columbia County, vaccine distribution is slow, and unemployment is high, the Recovery Kitchen needs help to ensure its on-going existence. To benefit the Recovery Kitchen, Chef Jamie Parry, now CCRK's full-time chef, is offering a sumptuous dinner for Valentine's Day.

Open yourself to temptation by reviewing the menu below. (Click on the image to enlarge.) You can get dinner for two for you and your Valentine, or shamelessly indulge yourself with dinner for one.
