Basic Vocabulary

Yesterday on Facebook, Strong Towns posted a link to an article called "17 Head-scratcher Housing Terms Defined." The article was originally published in April 2018, but it's of particular relevance to us now in Hudson, because many of the terms defined--like affordable housing, market rate housing, AMI, LIHTC, rent-burdened--are being used with some frequency in current discussions about housing development and the future of our little city.
