Earlier this evening, the Columbia County Democratic Committee released that following statement:
In light of the State Attorney General's findings of sexual harassment and retaliation by Governor Andrew Cuomo, we, the Columbia County Democratic Committee, strongly believe that the Governor should resign immediately. It is clear that the Governor has lost the moral credibility needed to lead our State. We stand with those who have experienced sexual harassment and misconduct. We commend the courage displayed by those who have come forward. Governor Cuomo's behavior and actions are a distraction at a time when credible leadership is a necessity. He is unfit for office and must resign.
