Dog Parks and Farmers Markets

The Hudson Dog Park is a finalist in a nationwide competition for a $5,000 PetSafe Bark for Your Park™ grant. Since the finalists were announced on Tuesday, Gossips has been shamelessly promoting that, urging readers to vote for the dog park once a day every day throughout the month of August. 

There is another beloved Hudson institution in a similar nationwide competition: the Hudson Farmers Market. This competition will determine which are the nation's best farmers markets. The market that receives the most votes will win $2,500, the market that comes in second will receive $1,500, and third $1,000.
