A Tale in Two Newspapers
The story of drilling out a lock and installing a new lock on the room at 401 State Street where the
voting machines are stored
--a story that involves Stuyvesant supervisor Ron Knott and facilities manager Bob Pinto, both of whom apparently have an interest in the outcome of the November 5 election--is told today in the
Register-Star
:
"County officials at odds over voting machine security"
; and the
Times Union
:
"Democrat: GOP violated secure vote room."
