Saturday Night in Hudson

At around 5 p.m. yesterday, someone was stabbed in the neck at 348 Union Street during what was described in the Register-Star as a home invasion: "Police investigate Union Street stabbing."

Later, at around 10 p.m., the residents of the quiet cul-de-sacs of Bayley Boulevard and Jenkins Parkway experienced a different kind of invasion: the lights and cameras of a film crew.

It seems a permit had been issued by the mayor, but no one in the neighborhood had received any notification that this was going happen.
