This morning, Sam Pratt publishes the proposed route through Columbia County of a new power line: "Proposed Transco power line route through Columbia County."

    IS there a specific visual map of this transmission line proposal? i.e is the proposal saying that the proposed transmission line is going to use the current ROW that crosses Rt 9 in Stockport near LKQ?
