Today in the Register-Star, John Mason reports on Wednesday's Common Council Legal Committee meeting: "Committee looking into hotel project on Fourth Street." Mason's report includes a phone interview with Richard Cohen, in which Cohen responds to criticism, denying that a brick could have fallen from his building, asserting that he has "followed the rules," complaining that "No one . . . has called me once to come in and see the buildings or to ask can they help in any way," and predicting that "Within months, we'll have secured the building; then, we can step back and see what we have."
