On Wednesday, August 20, the Zoning Board of Appeals holds a public hearing on the four-unit apartment building proposed for the corner of Fairview Avenue and Bayley Boulevard. The public hearing begins at 6 p.m., followed by the regular monthly meeting of the ZBA at 6:30 p.m. Both take place at City Hall.

On Thursday, August 21, the Common Council Economic Development Committee meeting takes place at 6 p.m. at City Hall. It's a meeting worth attending, since all manner of things are considered under the umbrella of economic development.
