Oh, come on. Trump and his team have for months been lax and stubborn about taking basic precautions against contracting a highly contagious airborne virus and have, unsurprisingly, contracted said highly contagious virus.
In other words, occam's razor is useful here: don't assume malign intelligence where simple incompetence is more likely.
Also, you can find "evidence" on twitter for anything.
Also, what's the point in including that you found the tweet above in a "Pakastani newspaper?" It's a tweet. It's on twitter. Creating an association to a foreign newspaper seems like a cheap attempt at xenophobic scaremongering.
