Once again, the Columbia County Department of Health did not publish its COVID numbers for today. The New York Forward dashboard, however, is reporting that, in the past 24 hours, 509 test results were received, of which 38 were positive, for a daily positivity rate of 7.5 percent and a seven-day average of 6.9 percent. That gives Columbia County the third lowest daily positivity rate in the Capital Region, after Washington (2.5 percent) and Warren (3.5 percent) counties. Similarly, our seven-day average is the third lowest, after Washington (5.0 percent) and Warren (6.1 percent) counties.
