Jamie Larson reports in today's Register-Star that U.S. News and World Report has released its annual statistics on hospitals in the country: "Report: Patient satisfaction low at CMH."  When asked if they would recommend the hospital to others, only 47 percent of patients discharged from CMH responded "definitely." The national average is 68 percent, the state average is 62 percent. The number for patients discharged from Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck is 77 percent.

  1. On the contrary, I'm happy to say, I recently had minor surgery at CMH
and I was extremely happy with the surgeon, staff and follow ups. Efficent and caring. Only problem - waiting time. I would recommend.
