Jamie Larson reports in today's Register-Star about an email leaked to the press discussing a plan to move the Department of Social Services to the old Walmart building by the end of 2011--"ahead of other county departments or even the completion of the extensive renovations necessary": "Leaked email outlines DSS at Walmart plan."
