On Friday, the Albany Business Journal reported on recent high-end residential property sales in the Capital Region: "Columbia County outsells region in million-dollar home sales during the pandemic." The article provides a list of the homes in Columbia County that sold for $1 million or more in the past six months, including this one in Craryville, designed by Toshiko Mori, which sold for $2.4 million.

  1. Saw it once yesterday, now a paywall. Besides covid, what other reasons for Columbia County's draw? I can immediately think of a couple, wondering what the community thinks.
Great news for real estate and many businesses but a mixed bag for some residents. I can think of several properties in my neighborhood not listed here. Add properties since the January and those pending and new sales into December, it's even more astounding. Least we forget, it's also gone Blue!
