The week gets off to a slow start, with no meetings on Monday, but for the rest of the week there are meetings every day, several of them having to do with the city budget--the one for the current year and the one proposed for 2021.
- On Tuesday, November 17, at 5:00 p.m., there is a public hearing in the proposed budget for 2021. That budget can be found here. - At 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, the regular monthly meeting of the Common Council Finance Committee takes place. It is at this meeting that the city treasurer reports on how the City is doing with actual revenues and expenses in the current year. - Also on Tuesday, November 17, the Common Council holds its regular monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. At this meeting, the Council is expected to vote on enacting the law to regulate short term rentals in Hudson. Click here to access the Zoom meeting.
- On Wednesday, November 18, the Board of Commissioners of the Hudson Housing Authority meets at 6:00 p.m. Last month, HHA held an in-person meeting in the Community Room at Bliss Towers, which was also live streamed. It is not clear if they will be doing this again this month. No information to access the live stream has so far been provided.
- Also on Wednesday, November 18, the Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 6:00 p.m. No agenda is available for this meeting. Click here to access to Zoom meeting.
