Review the Budget Proposed for 2021
Two days after Mayor Kamal Johnson presented his budget message to the Common Council and five days before the scheduled public hearing, the proposed city budget for 2021 has now been posted on the City of Hudson website. Click here to access the proposed 2021 budget with and without details.
According to the budget, at least as I understand it, DPW spent $97,000 this year on "street restriping," which includes lined crosswalks, stop lines, parking space lines, yellow median lines, etc. There are ZERO dollars budgeted for this next year. Is that one of the cuts DPW made to its budget?
