Visit the Eleanor

Gossips has been following the progress of the Eleanor for ten years, ever since the project for restore the historic Hudson River sailboat was first announced back on January 2011.

Now that the restoration is complete, and the sailboat is back in the water, the Hudson River Historic Boat & Sailing Society invites you to celebrate the return of the Eleanor to the Hudson River and to Hudson. 

For three days in June, the Eleanor will be docked at the Hudson Power Boat Association, 23 Ferry Street, on the Hudson waterfront. 

• Friday, June 18, 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, June 19, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Sunday, June 20, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.   

Learn about the Eleanor's history and restoration and about the Hudson River. Memberships will be available for sailing throughout the season.
