MLS (multiple listing service) and Zillow are indicating that there is an accepted offered on 542 Warren Street, The Barlow Hotel. There is no way of knowing what the offer is, but the asking price was $2.2 million.
Perhaps the two parking spaces in front they stole will finally be returned to THE PEOPLE OF HUDSON. We need them quarters more than ever! Of course, it will probably become yet another boutique hotel that charges twice what Barlow did, keeping those spaces free of meters for our well-heeled visitors while the city scrounges for quarters to balance the budget and not go bankrupt.
