A New Eatery in Town

Believe it or not, in the midst of a pandemic, a new eatery opened on Friday in Hudson. It's called Buttercup Treats, and it's located at 17 North Fourth Street, where Musica used to be.

The menu consists of just the sort of thing you want to eat in the summer, to help you imagine you're in Maine or on Coney Island--lobster rolls, deviled shrimp rolls, an impressive variety of imaginatively dressed hot dogs, and well as other treats, including a black bean chili roll for vegetarians.

Buttercup Treats is open Thursday through Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. You can walk up to the counter (but only if you're wearing a mask) or order online for curbside pickup: buttercuptreats.com.
