And Then There Were Ten . . .

This morning, as he was about to depart for Savannah, Georgia, to meet with the mayor of that city and the city's COVID team, Governor Andrew Cuomo held a press briefing at JFK. One of the startling bits of information he shared was this map of the United States, which shows that New York is now among only ten states that are not seeing an increase in COVID-19 infection rates.

Cuomo urged New Yorkers to stay vigilant, stressing: "An outbreak anywhere is an outbreak everywhere."
