COVID-19 Update

Here are the numbers reported today by the Columbia County Department of Health. The number of positive cases is up only one from yesterday, and the number of people who have recovered has increased by two.

As of 3 p.m., April 6, 2020:
  • 70 positive cases of COVID-19
  • 27 of the 70 cases have recovered from COVID-19
  • 3 of the positive cases have passed away
  • 4 of the positive cases are hospitalized, 2 of those are in the ICU
  • We have received 477 test results completed for Columbia County residents
  • 80 residents are under mandatory quarantine and 21 under precautionary quarantine
  • There are 8 residents with suspected, not tested cases
