COVID-19 Update

The Columbia County Department of Health released its numbers earlier today. Since yesterday, there has been one new case of COVID-19 and four more recoveries, reducing the number of active cases by three, to 24. One fewer person is hospitalized, and there have been no new deaths.

As of 3 p.m. on June 23, 2o2o:

• Columbia County has had 37 residents that have passed away from COVID-19.
• Columbia County has 431 confirmed positive cases.
• There are 24 active cases of COVID-19 in Columbia County.
• 370 of the 431 cases have recovered from COVID-19
• 8 of the positive cases are hospitalized, none of those hospitalized are in the ICU
• We have received 9,542 PCR reports. Please note this number represents duplicate report, out of county, and multiple nursing home testings.
