Where the COVID-19 Cases Are Now

The Columbia County Department of Health has also provided its breakdown of positive cases by municipality and nursing home. It is important to remember these are the total number of cases not the active cases. 

In the list below, the first number is the number of cases reported last Friday; the second is the number of cases reported today. Since last week, there have been 13 new cases of COVID-19 in Columbia County. Those new cases have been in Ancram (1), Chatham (2), Claverack (4), Greenport (2), Kinderhook (1), Philmont (1), Valatie (1), and Pine Haven (1). Curiously, the CCDOH is now reporting one fewer positive case at Barnwell than was reported last week.
